Services
Nikola Professional Detailing provides automotive detailing, mobile detailing, aircraft detailing, marin detailing, motorcycle detailing, corporate and fleet detailing, Paint Protection Film (PPF), ceramic coating, window tint, paint correction, paintless dent removal, ambient lighting, starlight headliners, and related appearance management services.
All services are subject to availability, inspection, and approval by Nikola Professional Detailing.

Pricing & Estimates
Quotes and estimates are based on the information available at the time of inquiry and on vehicles being presented in reasonably maintained condition.
Additional charges may apply for excessive contamination, pet hair, biohazards, mold, oxidation, neglect, heavy staining, excessive scratches, severe paint defects, or any condition requiring additional labor, materials, or time beyond standard service expectations. Nikola Professional Detailing reserves the right to adjust pricing following inspection or decline service if a vehicle, aircraft, marine vessel, motorcycle, or fleet asset is determined to be in unsuitable condition for the requested service.

Deposits
Certain services may require a deposit to secure scheduling. Deposits for specialty services, custom projects, Paint Protection Film (PPF), ceramic coatings, window tint, aircraft detailing, marine detailing, or reserved installation appointments may be non-refundable.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that schedules can change and kindly request as much notice as possible if an appointment must be canceled or rescheduled.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Nikola Professional Detailing reserves the right to retain deposits or apply cancellation fees when appointments are canceled without sufficient notice, when a client is unavailable at the scheduled service time, or when service cannot be performed due to circumstances within the client's control.

Results Disclaimer
While we strive to deliver exceptional results, outcomes may vary depending on the age, condition, maintenance history, and pre-existing condition of the vehicle or asset.
No service can guarantee perfection or the complete removal of all defects, stains, scratches, odors, contamination, oxidation, or imperfections.

Right To Refuse Service
Nikola Professional Detailing reserves the right to refuse, discontinue, postpone, or decline any service at its sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, vehicles or assets presenting unsafe conditions, excessive contamination, biohazards, undisclosed damage, structural concerns, or conditions that may compromise service quality, employee safety, equipment, or company standards.

Photography & Marketing
Unless otherwise requested in writing prior to service, Nikola Professional Detailing reserves the right to photograph and record vehicles, aircraft, marine vessels, motorcycles, and fleet assets before, during, and after service.
Photographs and videos may be used for quality control, documentation, training, marketing, advertising, social media, website content, portfolio displays, and other promotional purposes. Nikola Professional Detailing will make reasonable efforts to avoid displaying sensitive customer information. Clients who prefer that their vehicle or asset not be featured in marketing materials must notify Nikola Professional Detailing in writing prior to the start of service.

Limitation of Liability
Nikola Professional Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical failures, manufacturing defects, aftermarket modifications, wear and tear, hidden defects, or conditions not disclosed prior to service. Clients are responsible for removing personal belongings, valuables, firearms, cash, and other sensitive items before service begins.
